My name is Ken Rosaasen. I met Andrew about 3 years ago at an event in an eco village near San Diego. He was handing out dates filled with cacao. Which just just happened to be 2 of my most favorite foods. But what really caught my attention was his infectious laugh and big smile. Andew and I have crossed paths many times over the last 3 years. I also know him as "the cacao king" which is such a fitting name for him. He is more committed to sourcing and serving the best and highest quality cacao than anyone I know. I always love seeing photos of him visiting the cacao farms and witnessing his love and appreciation for the men and woman who have devoted there lives to this heart opening medicine of cacao. Although I don't get to spend as much time with him as I would like. I feel deeply connected to him. I know it's because of his big open heart that he shares freely with everyone he meets. To me Andrew is a walking embodiment of the essence and Spirit of Cacao. And I'm certain Mama Cacao chose him because of this to be the Steward of her powerful heart opening medicine.
